Spectades Mobile

The Spectades Mobile application consist of two modules. Inventory management and permit to work. We have optimized the time needed to do the job in HxGN EAM. Using our app saves you a lot of time. The savings are made because both the discarded items and the new inventory are processed directly.

This keeps your warehouse stock up-to-date as well as the costs on the work orders.

Inventory Management

You have several options for selecting items, like via a QR code, a barcode or entering the work order number. The user is therefore free to determine how the data is entered. If there is a single activity for a work order, it is automatically selected. With multiple activities, you choose the right activity yourself. You can add multiple parts. The stock is automatically updated and the parts can be taken directly from the store. These combination of actions results in a faster process

Returning of parts

Unused parts can easily be returned against the work order, this process is basically the same as issuing parts.

Spectades Mobile is free to download for users with Android and IOS. The application must be paired and configured by Spectades so it is ready to use. You pay initial purchase fee per user and an annual fee to cover maintenance. The application becomes cheaper as more people within the company use the app. You can request a demo for the application via the online form.
