Simplifying the approval process for workflows
You can now use a dedicated screen to establish the approval process for your organization. This allows you to direct EAM records to specific users or groups within your organization for their review.

Introducing a new feature for retaining historical data in EAM records
A recent enhancement on the Alerts Management screen enables administrators to specify the number of months to retain records throughout the system.

Expanding the functionality of checklists with Dynamic Checklists
The functionality of checklists in EAM has been extended with the introduction of dynamic checklists, providing more flexibility and options for users.

Enhancing document security and access to previous versions
Users now have the ability to lock documents, preventing other users from making updates to the associated document file. Only the user who initially locked the document can unlock it. However, there is also an option to allow a subset of users to override the lock if desired.

Integrations in v12.1: EAM Databridge Pro, Powered by Apache NiFi

EAM Databridge Pro is the next generation of EAM Databridge, delivering advanced capabilities for data integration and movement between EAM and external applications. Databridge Pro utilizes components both inside and outside of the EAM application and provides the ability to build and manage customized data pipelines streamline endpoint connections and usage; simplifying the troubleshooting process by offering insights into the complete EAM message journey.

Databridge Pro is built upon three components:

Dataflow Studio – A no-code, graphical interface to build and configure customized data flows between EAM and enterprise applications.
Endpoint Catalog – A centralized registry to create and manage application connections for data integrations, such as REST APIs or SFTP file storage.
360 Transaction View – An insight to what occurs to a Databridge document message outside of the EAM application. This view integrates data events from Dataflow Studio into a comprehensible flow, extending visibility and accessibility not available before.
